Due to the current situation caused by the COVID-19 outbreak, we have developed the following protocols in order to advise and also minimize any possible risks of contagion to our team work and clients:

Daily disinfection including washing surfaces with soap and water and a 5% sodium hypochlorite solution.

 

During daily operations

  • Perform deep cleaning chairs, tables, the kitchen of course and any other element that may come into contact with customers or staff

  • Make a routine cleaning plan for dishes, glassware and plate and any utensils that can be used by customers

  • The correct execution of the cleaning and disinfection of all the supplies and food that are required during the stay of our clients.

 

The staff

Our team agrees to comply with the following rules:

  • Receive training on the importance of handwashing and basic measures to avoid contagion.

  • Record your temperature at the entrance and exit of your shift with non-contact sensors.

  • I will personally check that when they have symptoms they are invited to stay home.

 

The greeting of hands or kisses among employees or with clients is discouraged. They will wear face masks, gloves and a face mask throughout their day. It will be recommended to avoid the use of cell phones during work day.
